Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Blemidan (the “Service”), a live file-transfer application between devices (web, computer, mobile), published independently. By using the Service, you accept these terms.

Blemidan lets you create a sharing session identified by a code and a QR code, then transfer files directly between two or more devices over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection (WebRTC). No user account is required.

The Service is offered as a Free plan (limits on the number of devices per session and file size) and a Premium plan, unlocked by a license key, with larger limits. Prices shown on the site are subject to change; the price in effect at the time of purchase applies.

Purchasing the Premium plan is a one-time payment granting a license valid for a fixed duration (shown at time of purchase). It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Upon expiry, the Free plan applies again; a new purchase is required to extend the Premium plan.

Payment is processed by our provider Stripe; Blemidan never receives or stores any card information. Upon payment confirmation, a license key is generated automatically, displayed on screen and sent by email to the address provided at purchase.

Given the nature of the Service (digital license delivered immediately), purchases are refundable only in case of a clear error (double payment, license not delivered). Contact us in that case at the address indicated in section 9.

You agree to use Blemidan only to transfer files you own the rights to or are authorized to share. It is prohibited to use the Service to:

• Distribute illegal, unauthorized copyrighted, or harmful content;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Service;
• Impersonate a third party or harm others.

The Service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of continuous availability. Blemidan connects devices directly; the publisher has no access to the content of transferred files and cannot be held liable for their nature, their loss, or a transfer interruption due to network factors beyond its control.

The name “Blemidan”, its logo, and the Service's interface are the property of their publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect is always the one published on this page.
